Your legs and core get you through the event but how strong they are determine your finishing time.
Our Indoor and Outdoor Track programs are designed to take you from your previous best and onto the next level of performance. By leveraging the great facilities we have here in Lethbridge, we are able to offer an unparralled training experience for community members. In other words, you'll get the professional treatment.
Training for Cross-country running can be daunting and full of questions: Do I need spikes? How do I take the hills? Should I be focused on speed or endurance? We can put your mind to rest with science backed training and collegiate national level running experience.
Road racing is fun and there is a wide range to choose from! From 1-mile events to Lost Soul Ultra there really is something for everyone in Lethbridge. Pick a goal race and then you will receive a training plan that is specific for you and your life. No generic plans handed out. We work around your schedule and other group trainings.

Whether you are swimming in open water or in a pool, you need certain skills for both.
Our open water program is designed to get you comfortable with deep water swimming, sighting, water entry and exit, wetsuit dawning and stripping, bouy turns and drafting while swimming in large groups
Our pool program offers the chance to increase propulsion and reduce drag by form and stroke corrections via video, in-pool and out of pool analysis and training.
Can't access a pool? Follow one of our indoor dryland swimming specific strength and technique building programs and be ready for the water when the time comes.
Road riding can be a tricky endeavour. Obstacles on the road or pathway, emergency braking is a necessary skill. Wind and hills can cause havok but at least if you're in it with others it's a little more manageable.
Can't keep your balance? Try out our Bike Handling and Skills Course. Over 4-weeks, you will be exposed to drills and experiences that will build your cycling knowledge and confidence including changing a flat, group riding and drafting.
We hold multisport camps for age groups 8-12 and 13-17
Camp options:

Camps start the week after school is out for the summer
Boot camps for ages 13+, no prior boot camping experience required.
Evenings 2x/week ensures you get a great workout at least once during the week. There is some cardio, body weight work, equipment work and partner work
